Birthdays are always the coolest! I got to blow 3 cakes this year :o)

Just Close Your Eyes and Relax

There are moments in the day that all I feel is emptiness. Moments like these should only

be kept within and not shared. How ironic that when you feel a sense of loneliness and emptiness

 all you want is to be left alone.  Is there a cure for such unhappiness? I believe not.

You know, sometimes…all I really want in life is to be a better person- a person that exceeds all odds.

It’s difficult; life is not always a fairy tale. “You have to embrace it,” a friend once told me.

I close my eyes to let away the unhappiness that I have right now and just…let go…and relax.  

Thirst

Without a fresh source of water, we'll wilter and die like a flower.
We're told to drink eight glass of the wet stuff a day to maintain
a healthy balance in our systems. To tell you the truth, I am not much
of a drinker. I'm more of a food popper.  But I must admit, after running a mile,
nothing satisfies my dry throat like a tall glass of that wet stuff we call "water."
Like a little buzzer, my brain tells me to guggle it down.
So, if our brain is a buzzer indicating us to do a certain thing
that is healthy for us...then why do we still do the certain things that are bad to us?

Hmmp: My answer is because we're humans. We care more about our wants before our needs.

I looked up the word Human on webster and it gave me an example of the word "human"
used in a sentence. "it's human nature to care about what people think of us."
This is such a healthy example. Why healthy? Because without caring about what others thinks
of us, we'll be a bunch of lazy potato couch peeps.

Life With Braces: It's not so bad anymore, I'm getting the wires change and putting in new colors
   this friday, so Im pretty excited about it. :o) Yippie Yip Yip!
